Sales Associate/Range Master position: Qualified applicants must be able to easily change between positions during daily operations. Every other weekend and evenings is required.
Sales Associates are responsible for assisting customers and showcasing product, upholding customer relationships, maintaining inventory records, checking in shooters for the range, completing required paperwork for transactions, class registrations, as well as general cleaning and maintenance of facility. Position requires some computer knowledge.
Range Masters are responsible for maintaining range protocol and safety while in range. Applicant must be firearm knowledgeable and capable of educating shooters of all levels. Range Masters will also be responsible for facilitating leagues and range maintenance.
Applicants will be subject to employment and criminal background checks and must be able to obtain a MN Permit to Carry.
